Planning the Last Leg
Customs and biosecurity release mean the goods can leave the port. They do not move them. Cartage is a physical job with its own questions: the container size and weight, the type of truck needed and whether your site can take it.
A full container might be placed on the ground with a side loader or unpacked while it stays on the truck. Loose cargo from a depot may arrive on pallets. Each option suits different sites, so the details matter before booking.

How We Coordinate Delivery
We confirm release status before collection is booked, so transport is not arranged for goods still on hold. We then match the delivery to your access, receiving hours and unloading equipment.
Empty containers usually need to be returned by a set date, and detention or storage charges can apply when deadlines are missed. We help you plan unpacking time realistically, and quote each delivery rather than assuming every address is the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you collect my goods before they are cleared?
Our final delivery service is for cargo that has been released. Before we book delivery to you, we check that customs and any biosecurity requirements allow the goods to be released. That avoids wasted bookings and waiting charges. Uncleared goods can sometimes be moved lawfully underbond to a licensed depot, but that is a separate authorised transfer, not the final delivery we arrange. If your cargo is still waiting on clearance, get in touch and tell us where it stands, and we can talk through the timing for your delivery.
How long can I keep a container on site?
That depends on the shipping line's free time and the arrangement for your delivery. We confirm the return deadline with you so you can plan labour for unpacking.
Do you deliver outside Brisbane?
Tell us the address and we will confirm whether we can arrange it. Coverage depends on the cargo, the location and transport availability, so each job is quoted individually.
